Probably the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to - and “ran out of cold brew”?! Waited almost 15 minutes with no one in line in front of us for 5 drinks with a full staff. After all that, they forgot a drink. I know customer service can be tough but this was just a bad experience all around.
