This Starbucks is consistent with two things. Making awful drinks, and having employees that seem like they absolutely hate their jobs. If I’m paying almost $10 for a drink, it shouldn’t taste like faucet water with a hint of burnt coffee. Somehow it’s every time though. Iced coffees are warm. Zero effort at this location. Also, leaving your copy and pasted replies clearly isn’t doing anything to solve the issues. I LOVE Starbucks. I get Starbucks every single day, I am a loyal customer. I always either use a debit card to pay or cash. if I use cash I always try to have smaller bills, but sometimes I get paid from my job with 100 dollar bills. So at this McMurray location I ordered a large coffee and food this morning, and when I got to the window to pay I handed the guy my 100 dollar bill and he rolled his eyes at me while taking the 100 and was like "really a 100" and like turned around to talk to 2 employees and one lady with purpl... read more
