I havent even got my coffee yet but I just wanted to say Lily out here putting work in. It's pretty busy.
Stopped for 1decaf 1 reg grande latte with two squirts of vannilla, 1 sweetener and a strawberry drink. They gave me straight coffee. And charged me for it. The person in front of me gave her coffee back and got a refund and left ! Very disappointed morning.
For some reason, they decided to add a five dollar gratuity without my permission. It was more than the cost of my drink. My bank will be filing a chargeback. This is unacceptable. Update: I believe all the information needed to look into this issue has been provided on the receipt in the picture. I don’t believe that you need to speak with me to resolve this.
