I bought a coffee here; I asked for it without foam, but they gave me one with foam. The cup was also only half full. They showed absolutely no interest—they don't listen to their customers and just do things their own way. I won't be coming back here again.
My wife picked me up starbucks. It should have contained three ingredients, blonde espresso, brown sugar syrup and oat milk. No brown sugar. Regular espresso. So if this was a test, you got 33% you got 1 out of 3 ingredients correct. I tried to call no answer, disconnected, I tried to call target customer service, but the same, no answer then it disconnects.
Starbucks, ya’ll are catching this one star review for your rewards program. If you’re gonna make it about yourselves instead of the customer, then this is simply the rating you deserve (from your customer)
I was very sad to find that the cherry chai was out for the season until Ashlyn suggested doing it with strawberry flavoring! She was super sweet and went above and beyond to make a customer happy and the drink was AMAZING! Thank you Ashlyn!
