They always do the wrong style that I ordered. I ordered with my money, and they did wrong to my drink intentionally? What happen with this store?
I've been using this campus Starbucks for two and a half years and it only ever gets worse not better. They're frequently out of half the menu. It's consistently the slowest Starbucks experience I've ever had. I'm talking 20 minutes to make something when I'm the only person there kind of slow, if there's a line it can easily be 30+. The service is terrible and it always seems like the people behind the counter would rather be anywhere else and they're annoyed you're there getting a drink or a snack.
