TherI very unprofessional and rude and drinks doesn’t taste great especially the manager he doesn’t deserve to be one he’s very rude.
It normally doesn't bother me if my food is wrong or if it doesn't taste very good, but this is ridiculous. I always order a strawberry frappe and it's always wrong. This time around the wipped cream was overflowing and there was more syrup than milk, making the frappe way too bitter. It tasted so terrible I had to throw it away. Ive been coming here for the past 2 years and it hasn't gotten any better. The staff takes forever to make the orders and most of the time they have a terrible attitude.

Location not correct in google maps. This is a college campus Starbucks, and the map directs you to a parking garage.
They always do the wrong style that I ordered. I ordered with my money, and they did wrong to my drink intentionally? What happen with this store?
