My order is consistently rang up wrong on the register, even though I speak clearly and repeat myself when saying things like "almond milk" or "iced". Thankfully, I am only lactose intolerant because if I was allergic to dairy, they would've killed me. This branch doesn't have a drive thrul, so few employees work, but there are many customers, so they can't keep up with the speed. And there are no skilled employees except Indian American female manager, so it's like doing it alone. So whenever I go to this branch, I always have to wait in a long line. That's why I don't buy coffee here very often. I hope the manager here understands this and improves it.
