The service here is quite disappointing. I’ve had to wait multiple times while orders placed after mine were prepared first. It seems that tipping influences how quickly your order is made — which feels unfair and unprofessional. For a takeaway order, this kind of inconsistency really stands out.
If there’s any event happening in this hotel, just get coffee elsewhere. This Starbucks only has two employees working at one time, so expect a 30+ minute wait just to get your order.
I just wish they would keep their Drive Throigh counter WIPED clean and stop placing our drinks and food bags on top of a DIRTY Counter!
