Been here a few times and for some reason they always forget to give me a straw at the drive thru, especially for a cold drink that pretty much needs a straw.
I like this location and the staff are nice. It's a good place to work on my laptop for a few hours. Lately however, there has been an increase in customers having loud amplified zoom calls here. I don't mind people chatting in person but hearing it over a laptop is pretty intolerable so I'm staying away for now. A zoom call headphones policy would be great.
Waited 20min for my App order, only to find out that someone took (stole) it… You would think such a big corp would have a better system…
I don’t know what is up with this location, but it is like walking into an alternate Starbucks universe. The staff always looks miserable and unhappy. You feel like you are inconveniencing them, there is never a smile. It’s usually just a what can I get you? They don’t take your name like in every other Starbucks and when your order is up, which takes a while to begin with they just kind of mumble what the order was usually not even loud enough for you to know that it’s done rather than calling your name which has always bee... read more
