Waited 20min for my App order, only to find out that someone took (stole) it… You would think such a big corp would have a better system…
I don’t know what is up with this location, but it is like walking into an alternate Starbucks universe. The staff always looks miserable and unhappy. You feel like you are inconveniencing them, there is never a smile. It’s usually just a what can I get you? Starbies and new CEO wonder why no one is visiting their stores - despite the 'have your drink in a mug' initiative - (which I've never actually been offered a mug at any location) - - - no one is going to return when you have music blasting intentionally to push customers out of the store as soon as possible.
