Every time I visit this location, since it is the closest now, something is always made incorrectly. I have to go back every single time to have it remade or switched out. And the remake usually isn’t made correctly either. Majority of the employees I encounter are always distracted and talking and don’t even acknowledge you when you walk up. Theres only maybe 2 employees that know what they are doing. I’m not sure who’s in charge of training or who is considered management but they definitely need a change.
This cute little coffee shop is located inside Ralph's. How convenient to shop ur groceries and grab a cold coffee way out. The service was good. My son who loves and only orders caramel ribbon crunch said this place makes the best when compared to rest of the Starbucks.
