Ordered a large drink she gives me a small cup I told her I said large she said I said grande I dont even use that language so she took back the drink swapped it into a big cup with alot of foam I said the cup is half empty she took that back and made another without the shot of espresso which I paid for I told her she didn't add the shot she said give me the drink take back your money I asked for the manager she said she is the manager and I didn't go to work because I was dealing with issues and she made my day unbearable ... read more
