Waited 16 mins for a tea then I get to the window they made the tea but set it to the side while she trains someone so now that an additional 6mins when I asked what’s the issue my tea is sitting right there the manager looks at me and pauses for 20 seconds just to say we are training (like everyone in line which is backed up doesn’t have a place to be) like literally she had me waiting for no reason after I handed over my money she should’ve handed me my tea as soon as it was made but noooo I felt so disrespected because yo... read more
Good experience.
The brown sugar shaken espresso is never made right here. Its supposed to have a 'splash' of milk and a lot of ice. My cup is always 3/4 milk, no espresso and is for some reason always sickly sweet. Other locations make it wonderfully.
Amazing staff! Busy on a Saturday. I accidentally went to the wrong location for pick up and they made my order anyway. Outstanding
