Goofy woman at the drive-thru rattled off a bunch of names I had no idea what they were. Then was rude about it and when I drove up to the window only had half the order. 625pm 8-15-25

I Don’t come around this location often. Drinks here are made better than most places around town but some of the girls here could learn some mannerisms when it comes to food service. I’ve worked food service before, I get but the last thing other people wanna see are mean/rude baristas.

I was here around 530pm. I asked for a large chocolate covered strawberry frappcinno made with oat milk and add espresso. Nothing was written on my cup. It was made by a young lady with regular milk and no espresso. I had to throw it away. I can not have regular milk. And I wanted it caffinated. I've ordered it this way before.
