I am breaking my way into the world of espresso, and I was looking for a more mild bean. I walked into this Starbucks and was so confused, but a wonderful associate (who may be named Mia, I’m not sure, I didnt catch her name) came around the counter and helped me find the brew I was looking for. Not very pleased with customer service I received. The other day I had gone up to a barista to ask for help and I got completely ignored while her attention was taken over by being on her cell phone. she has long black curly hair, I’m not sure if I read her name correctly if it was Alicia or Alice but this is completely unacceptable. I ended up leaving with the wrong drink because I was going to be late to work.

Autumn took care of a an issue that the store has no control over. We ordered a travers box of coffee and it came out like mud water. Starbucks should look In to fixing their coffee units. Thank you Autumn for making things right!
