It is terrible. I was waiting for 20 minutes with my car running to get my order, and there were still three more cars ahead of me, so I just left. Guys, you have to change something.
I frequent Starbucks, but this one is the slowest one that I’ve ever been to. The first time I did a mobile order which took entirely too long, especially since I waited before I even went in to pick it up. The next time I figured OK, maybe it’s easier to go through the drive-through. That took even longer. So today I thought I’d give it another try. The drive thru wasn’t too long.
