No matter what time of day it is their drive thru is backed up like crazy. Whenever I get food here even though I request it to be warmed up it is NEVER warm. (Probably because the time I make it through the drive thru line it lost all warmth). The drinks are made well majority of the time and it’s the closest one to my house so I keep coming here but plan to be here for 15 minutes. It’s never a quick trip.
After waiting 15 minutes in the drive through line caramel all on the side of the cup and now in my boyfriend’s cup holders of his new truck. A shame

The staff is great. All of them that work there are really good at their jobs. Love going there and I do, every morning Ok, this is an updated review for everyone here in Jersey. So, I have an expense report due twice a month and have to account for every penny I spend. Well, one day, my company offered a $5 allowance for the day as an employee relations gift. I love the managers I love the staff I’ve been coming to Starbucks at 7am everyday for 3 solid years and have ZERO complaints. Until today. 2/4/26 at 7:00am and man with a long ponytail and glasses was working. I waited about 3 minutes and was not even acknowledged. No big deal, they are busy. So, I saw my coffees sitting on the ledge (not where you can pick them up, but right next to it).
