Goodbye Starsux, this was by far the worst location for drinks or even employment. Hopefully the restructuring of Starsux will help
I went through the drive-thru and I paid $7 for a latte and mind you i havent drank my coffee yet but when I came home the cup felt light and when i opened it , it was barely filled! I honestly felt ripped off. For that price, you’d expect a full drink, not something that looks half empty. Really disappointing experience. **management should retrain baristas to make sure drinks are properly filled especially given the prices**
We go about 1 or 2 times weekly. Between the staff and the food/drinks this branch always shines. A pleasant coffee shop whether sitting down or going through their drive through they are tops.
Venti drink paid almost $7 with light ice eh !! May be it’s just ice i paid for 🥶
Poor service there is only one person in staff working both side for drive thru oders and in person as well short of staff to much waiting
