This morning, my girlfriend placed an online order at Starbucks for one coffee and two egg bites, selecting in-store pickup. When I arrived at the store, the coffee was already ready, but the egg bites were not. The service of the staff in the store is warm and thoughtful, patient and meticulous, and the overall service quality is very satisfactory.
Always the best customer service! This is the Starbucks I visit most often since it’s the closest to my house, and it never disappoints. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which keeps me coming back every time.
They made my drink completely wrong, ordered oatmilk and caramel drizzle, they forgot the caramel and ended up putting regular whole milk.
