Rude blue hair
Busy soon first walking in then they give me my husbands drink I tell them I have another matcha one we r waiting on and they say yeah she is working on it and so ten min go by and I’m seeing everyone else get their Matcha drinks except for me so I said something again and they’re like oh sorry and hand me my drink that was supposed to have light ice in it completely filled with ice and mind you. I don't know why, but two cups of coffee made me wait for 40 minutes in the morning, causing me to be 50 minutes late to my work.
I have been coming here since I moved to this area a few months ago, been disappointed with this evenings drive thru attendant. She has taken my order at least 3-4 times within last 2 weeks and my drink has been wrong every time. I order a grande strawberry açaí with no lemonade( NO LEMONADE) she hands it to me with lemonade. The other times I let it go but tonight, I just had to let her know as a paying customer, I said “no lemonade” she remakes my drink and it literally tastes like pure water. Ridiculous!
