I’m not a first-time Pink Drink customer. In fact, I drink Pink Drink almost every day—usually two or more a day. It’s practically the only drink I order at Starbucks. When I was told that “this is the correct amount because you ordered it with no ice,” I honestly found that hard to believe. I’ve ordered my Pink Drink with no ice countless times at many different Starbucks locations, and I’ve never been told that before.
i’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years because I live just around the corner. Unfortunately, sometimes I pass this location up and go to a different one because the drinks are never consistent, it really depends on who’s there and working and if they can make the drinks the same every time or not. This morning, my girlfriend placed an online order at Starbucks for one coffee and two egg bites, selecting in-store pickup. When I arrived at the store, the coffee was already ready, but the egg bites were not. After waiting for a while, I asked a staff member and was told the egg bites were still being prepared and that I needed to wait. Five or six minutes later, I asked again—still not ready.
