Always the best customer service! This is the Starbucks I visit most often since it’s the closest to my house, and it never disappoints. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which keeps me coming back every time.
They made my drink completely wrong, ordered oatmilk and caramel drizzle, they forgot the caramel and ended up putting regular whole milk.
Employee change ,Not consistent and customer service is sub.
Unfortunately this Starbucks is going downhill when it comes to customer service. I ask for light ice and they put ice filled both cups to almost the top. I spoke to the supervisor Vanessa who lacks customer service skills . I believe she continues to run and allow a poorly managed store.
All the workers at the store are extremely nice. It makes me so happy and they always make the drinks so well.
