Rude and disrespectful staff
One of the best Starbucks Store I’ve ever been! Coffee is so good and fast service.
I want to really acknowledge the kind barista named Melissa. She was so kind and professional to me , which is wonderful to have because in a world filled with chaos her customer service brings warmth and light in the middle of that. I will be returning more often. Her customer service is truly amazing, and needs to be recognized for her amazing work. This review is for upper lot location. Imagine being a season pass holder, and coming to universal every week, & ordering the same drink every single time, just for it to be made differently!! Then, when you question the way it’s made/appearance of the drink, their response is “well that’s just how we make it”. I showed them a photo of exactly how my drink was made previously, and one of the guys was not willing to remake the drink.
