Horrible
I very seldom leave reviews but this location is horrible. I order a Venti Iced Green Tea(plain or sweetened) and a Grande Pike Coffee(plain) in the morning after leaving the gym around 5:30. Every day I wait at the window for 6+ minutes for plain drinks. They don’t come to get my payment, don’t tell me they’re working on it. I’ll watch my drink sit on the counter and there are no other customers. Today I waited 6 minutes and then just left. My plain iced tea cup was still sitting on the counter when I left. I go here everyday, always such a busy store no matter what time I go. What I love is the drive through can be 10 cars ahead of me and I never wait more than 10 minutes. They bust em out in there fabulous baristas. I enjoy seeing my norms daily although I do miss hearing miss London on the speaker. She was incredibly friendly and knew me by voice on day 3 of going there. I always get a birthday cake pop for the baby, hot white mocha, or brown sugar shaken espresso with ungodly specifications. Great Service. The baristas are always so friendly. My drink is always made correctly and in a timely manor. I will be coming back to the north chester starbucks more often
My husband and I went through the drive thru on the 14th We sat at the speaker, never once we heard, we'll be right with you or anything. We sat there for like 5 minutes, and then we just pulled forward. We figured we'd order the window.And once we got to the window, she shut the window and turned her back on us to never return.So we left. I've never been treated so rudely in the drive through in my life.I will not return to this starbucks ever.
