Always take forever.
Don't go here if you don't want to wait forever for your drink, scanner seems never to be working, and they are just so slow.
Horrible
I very seldom leave reviews but this location is horrible. I order a Venti Iced Green Tea(plain or sweetened) and a Grande Pike Coffee(plain) in the morning after leaving the gym around 5:30. Every day I wait at the window for 6+ minutes for plain drinks. They don’t come to get my payment, don’t tell me they’re working on it. I’ll watch my drink sit on the counter and there are no other customers. Today I waited 6 minutes and then just left. My plain iced tea cup was still sitting on the counter when I left. I go here everyday, always such a busy store no matter what time I go. What I love is the drive through can be 10 cars ahead of me and I never wait more than 10 minutes. They bust em out in there fabulous baristas. I enjoy seeing my norms daily although I do miss hearing miss London on the speaker. She was incredibly friendly and knew me by voice on day 3 of going there. I always get a birthday cake pop for the baby, hot white mocha, or brown sugar shaken espresso with ungodly specifications.
