Arguably the slowest, worst attitude location in Bakersfield.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Starbucks . I waited far longer than necessary for my order while the staff appeared to be sitting around and not paying attention. What made it worse was that nobody acknowledged the delay or offered even a simple apology. I understand places get busy, but basic customer service, communication, awareness, and respect for customers’ time should still matter. A quick “sorry for the wait” would have gone a long way.
