The always put too much ice in cold brews why????
Ordered two drinks that were made wrong didn’t not Receive the Carmel drizzle or cold foam. The coffee taste extremely strong and bitter, my husband went to pick up the mobile order so he did not know how the coffee was suppose to look and taste but when I got the order they both tasted terrible very disappointed. I come to the Starbucks at a convenience, but I have learned that the Starbucks is very poor at making orders correctly and giving proper customer service
