I’ve had ongoing issues with customer service at this Starbucks (27212 Beck Rd, Novi), and unfortunately my most recent visit reflects continued inconsistency. After speaking with the District Manager earlier today, I returned to give this location another chance. I ordered my usual drink, but it was made incorrectly with an excessive amount of caramel that pooled at the bottom and made it undrinkable (see attached photo/video). Great staff Good drinks Maples Plaza is the best location!
This location was closed for business when I went Tuesday, March 10th 2026. I believe it is permanently closed.
