Close the business if you can't hire good employees who aren't rude. I am done with this location and may be done with Starbucks overall. Horrible tasting coffee . Their matcha tea is packed with sugar which is a disgrace. Biggby has unsweetened matcha tea and real coffee without so many chemicals. The Starbucks at Beck & Grand River does a great job. I largely use the drive thru and they move the cars through at a good pace. The employees are friendly.
This location had us waiting for 15 minutes gor our 2 coffee's! They were more concerned with private conversations and joke then making our coffee's. There wasn't a line inside why we went in faster then the drive thru but that wasn't the case here. I will not be returning to this location.15 minutes after they took our order. That's just not okay starbucks! Do better!
I usually go to the 5 mile and beck location but happened to be over by this one. Ordered a venti matcha tea extra hot. Get home and the husband opens his drink to find it a quarter of the way empty. Not very pleased.
