Scam alert, lady at drive through added tip to order!! When she handed me the card reader it was already at tap to pay screen. I asked for receipt she got nervous. I noticed the tip on the bill. I confronted her about it. Then she tried to gas light me and say I pushed it. I canceled my order and got my money back at least. Never going to this location again.
The drive thru was barely moving so I went in side and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for my coffee. I stood at the cash register for over 5 minutes before a staff person even acknowledged me. A simple “sorry for the wait” would go a long way. There were a lot of staff just standing around. I’ll never go back
Don't order delivery from here! If you order an ice drink they won't give you a straw. If you ask them Not to toast your bagel, they'll burn it . When you ask for a refund or a remake or a straw you won't get it and you will have wasted your money and your time.
My favorite Starbucks location. They raise the level of excellence.
