Lately when I order hot coffee, it's tepid at best and old from sitting too long. I gave up and chucked the last one in the bin . Hot coffee is hot like the name suggests. Don't serve it if you can hold the cup without a cup sleeve.. this shop is too small for Target carts to park in there to place orders. It's a fire bazaars. Please set up a designated spot so carts are not blocking the egress
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever seen.
If it was possible to leave a zero star review I would. The worker was very incompetent, as I was trying to place my order he’d constantly be talking to other people. Then would proceed to having me repeat my order multiple times. I ordered a kids hot chocolate. I made it clear several times to please make it warm. I even asked if he was able to hear my order correctly, he then replied with a yes. I’ve ordered this drink before and it’s always been made at a warmer temperature since it’s intended for KIDS. Rather they allow to order online. Cashier shows rude and snobby service. Have to look like you walked out of the spa to get treated decent.
