I am so annoyed of this barista. Everyone in line AFTER us, I’m talking about 4-5 people ALL got their orders and left before us. We only ordered one thing, an ice peach green tea lemonade…for what reason are are we waiting for an extra 10-15 minutes while everyone else has already gotten theirs, not only that, but rude customer service when handing it to us when we’ve been nothing but kind.
I walked up at 8:55am to get a latte, the girl at the counter just said she can only give me regular coffee, and at 9 OR 10 when someone else gets there, they can serve other drinks. She couldn't even tell if I needed to wait 5 minutes or over an hour for a latte. Shouldn't they hire baristas who can make drinks or train them at a Star Bucks? I don't know, but I found it interesting. I drove elsewhere to buy a latte.
Poor customer service. Cannot even honor the promotions on the app! Waste of time and money. There are 2 other starbucks locations in glenwood so I'll just stick with those two
Decent Starbucks, handled a lot of customer drama with grace.
