If it was possible to leave a zero star review I would. The worker was very incompetent, as I was trying to place my order he’d constantly be talking to other people. Then would proceed to having me repeat my order multiple times. I ordered a kids hot chocolate. I made it clear several times to please make it warm. Rather they allow to order online. Cashier shows rude and snobby service. Have to look like you walked out of the spa to get treated decent.
Ordered my drink paid for it. Then waited 20-30 min for my drink while they made everyone else’s drink that was in back of me first. Never again here
They have no idea how to make their own drinks here. I asked for a regular matcha latte and they gave me a matcha latte without any sweetener. Thats not how any starbucks I've ever been to makes matcha. Not to mention they gave me the wrong amount of change. Worst starbucks I've ever been to.
