One employee was surprisingly rude when I asked about my mobile order, which had been marked as completed 30 minutes earlier. We stopped by the Starbucks at Edgewood Plaza Shopping Center in Palo Alto for a refreshing drink on a casual outing, and we grabbed our order quickly to enjoy outside. I can’t speak for coffee drinkers but as a matcha person, this location makes the BEST matcha latte. I saw them BLENDED my drink instead of giving several weak shakes! Absolutely smooth and dissolved latte. Afraid I will come back so many times!
