I dont know what it is anymore but the people at the window are absolutely rude. I have been coming here daily for years and after this last 2 weeks I wont be going back.
Every time I order here it’s never consistent. Today I ordered a Hot White Mocha and it tastes burnt and nasty. For the price of the drink it would be great if I could actually drink it.
I went to the Charleston Illinois location and met a girl named natalee she was amazing when i pulled up to the window for my mobil order and even complemented the drinks i ordered i am very happy with the coustomer service presented at this location and natalee representes this company well!
