I walked in wasn’t greeted the lady wiping the glass just looked at me like i wasn’t standing there. I am a DoorDash worker so i was picking a order up and nobody was friendly guess cause im black this happen on 7/2/25 @ 4:50ish two young lady’s was there never again

Weather for a lavender latte all the lavender was on the bottom they didn't give me a straw to mix it and the total was $6.44 for a grande. And then you want a tip on top of that I will not be going to the Starbucks ever again
Took my pup for his 1st pupaccino. 1 week post surgery. Employee stated I had to purchase something in order to get a pupaccino I don't like Starbucks coffee, but thought I'd treat my pup because he has done amazing. Unfortunately, there was someone behind me or I would have left. Never again will I go to Starbucks!!!
