I waited for 30+ minutes. Already late to my appointment, I finally asked to cancel the order and receive a refund. The register attendant was unable to issue the refund. Terrible.
I order in the app at least a couple of times every week. My orders are prompt, accurate, and served with kindness and enthusiasm.
No consistency in the coffee. One time it’s great another day it’s like water.
