Great environment, friendly staff.
Yesterday I was going to drive thru and my driver said "we have a mobile order" after the employee spoke. Then another employee jumps in and said "one moment." First employee comes back to say how can I help you? Here I realized that we were not heard the first time so I raised my voice a bit (from the passenger seat, which is further away) to get the employee to hear that I have an order, with my name. Coming to the window, I was told "dont scream at us next time, it hurts our ears" with mean mug and very very degrading eye... read more
