The service is not all that it's cracked up to be. I don't know if it's because it was more kids on this 4 o clock shift or what. But I stood in line for about 8 minutes no one said anything to me. The girl that took my order came from out the back didn't say hi didn't ask the name for the order or anything. Y'all tip for today do better with your customer service.
Not sure if management or training changed but recently when I order ahead I’ll get notice my drink is ready and then I’ll walk in to grab it and end up still waiting for my drink to actually be made. Maybe they should retrain on this? Store is also kind of a wreck behind the counter/reusable containers they use to make drinks not being cleaned well between making different drinks… 👀
I was just there . Has amazing time and my food and drink was so good . There was a young man name jay who went out his way to bring me my food to the table. I never had that happen before . Thank you jay for making my visit so wonderful.
Great customer service every time I come in. The staff is always friendly, they remember me by name, and they greet me with a good morning. It really makes you feel welcome and appreciated.
