Extremely disappointing and hurtful experience at the Starbucks near Gate D10 at Miami International Airport on 4th September 2026 at 10:20 pm .I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while three employees were talking among themselves. One employee finally took my order, but then walked away and started wiping the shelves while I was still waiting. What hurt the most was feeling completely ignored and invisible as a customer. Warning: Don’t order via mobile order here. You’ll watch lines of people get their drinks before yours is ready or in my case, you’ll ask 3 times if they have your order and they’ll tell you yes, but then the last time you ask they’ll tell you they never said that. They’ll even tell you to call for a refund before offering to make the order your missing. Horrible experience and I love sbux, but these employees need major coaching!!

Terrible. They only take your order if you speak Spanish. I walked 20 gates with an injured foot. Waited in line for 15 minutes. The short fat Spanish lady’s friend popped up behind the counter and she took her order and completely ignored me when I was next had a full blown conversation with her and asked her for her order as if I’m not there. And they heavy Spanish man was no better, stuck up for her.
