Maybe your employees should worry about taking and making orders for people who have flights to catch, instead of standing around laughing and doing absolutely nothing…..waited 15 minutes in line behind 7 people!!! And ended up having to leave without ordering because you guys can’t just do your job and take and make orders!!!
I totally enjoyed the oatmeal (made with water) with dried blueberries and also a single espresso shortly after 5 AM this morning. I’m dairy free and gluten free and thankful that Starbucks and the staff working at terminal D were able to cater to my needs. Thanks for being open early.
9.18.2026 - There were 6 employees behind the counter; 3 of them huddled and laughing in prolonged conversation and only one person filling orders and another taking orders, while 8 people were waiting on their orders to be filled and 10 waiting to order. I left after waiting in line and went to the Ice Box Cafe 100 feet away with great service and coffee.
Hands down the best Starbucks airport experience! I stopped by before my flight and ordered my first-ever Pumpkin Pecan Cinnamon drink, and it was incredible. What stood out the most was the record speed and top-tier customer service, Edel served me with such a warm and familiar vibe, it almost felt like he already knew me! The entire shop was spotless, organized, and running seamlessly. Easily the cleanest and best airport Starbucks I’ve visited. Highly recommend stopping by before your takeoff!
