Paid for an extra scoop of matc but I saw only 3 scoops (instead of 5) added, so I asked to confirm because I thought maybe the scoops were extra full. Staff said the extra scoop was included, but the drink looked extremely pale and tasted mostly like sugar, not matcha. I also asked for only 1 pump of vanilla syrup, yet it came out very sweet 😞
