Ok don’t get me wrong, the food was good and great but oh my goodness. If you are rushing to buy food and about to board, do not and I mean DO NOT use this Starbucks. (Well unless you have no options just ask for a refund or tell them to go faster that’s what I had to do) I placed my order at 5:54 and my food arrived at 6:18… if I haven’t had asked them to go faster then I would have had my food even later! Over 30 minutes for a drink and a breakfast sandwich that was ordered ahead in the app. The app showed the order as ready, but the sandwich had actually been given to someone else. The biggest issue wasn’t just the wait, it was also the complete lack of communication. Instead of providing an update or taking ownership, staff were defensive and couldn’t even estimate how long it would take. Poor service and poor management.

We were flying to Lisbon on the 12:20 a.m. flight and stopped at Starbucks to grab a coffee and a dessert before boarding. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The coffee was served cold 2 time . They replaced it, but it tasted like they had simply added water, and it had no flavor at all. The waitress who served us was in a very bad mood and came across as unfriendly. It was not the quality of service we expected before starting our trip.
Worst tasting coffee I’ve literally ever had.
