Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and my order was made incorrectly. Poor service and lack of attention to customers. Definitely needs improvement.
Line is long which is expected and so is the wait time. Besides that, service is awful with rude workers. Got my usual and it did not taste good because no effort is put into any of the drinks. None of these workers like doing their job and it’s very obvious. One of the guys gave multiple customers a stone face every time a customer had an issue (which wouldn’t have happened if they did it right to begin with) and was blatantly rude to everyone. The line is so sooooooo long here! But many wait in line because it’s the only coffee shop in the area. The wait time is also long, so if you’re waiting for a flight it’s ok, if you’re running to catch a flight it’s a huge no no! I would say that my chai latte was good, but my pistachio chocolate loaf was addictive and I wanted more. lol. A lot of ppl attempted to join the line but left because the line was just too long😕😕😕.
Not friendly and food have to eaten right away in a few minutes disgusting I’m talking one of a few they have at the airport
