Waiting 25 minutes to order a cup of coffee!!! Cashier do not speak well English. Barista is extremely slow.
It took more than 45 minutes to get an iced americano. Unbelievably slowly.
Terrible service and coffee, staff dont pay attention your order and when you say its wrong the look anger to you
Location is terrible, but the worst part was the service. Staff were in a bad mood and no rush to do the orders. I don’t recommend it!
This is by far the worst Starbucks branch I have ever visited. The service was extremely slow, and the staff either did not understand English or simply pretended not to. Communication was only possible in Spanish, which is unacceptable for a busy airport location that serves international travelers. The two employees working at the counter were dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting customers.
