Awful parking lot! Dunkin, LaQuinta and several stores share an entrance right at I-20 and there is only one way in and two ways out. Drive thru is fairly quick considering...
First time ever having to tell these idiots how to make a drink! I'm pretty sure that coffee + caramel = coffee with caramel in it!
Literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Baristas were rude & did not seem to know how to make the drinks. You would think with 7 baristas it would take less than 30 mins to get my order.
Coffee need I say more.
My favorite Starbucks in Augusta. Very friendly staff and get my drink right every time!
