We stayed at Grand Hyatt hotel, ordered a cup of coffee, and asked if they can also give a cup of hot water on the side. We were told that they don't have hot water, only hot tea. We have been to starbucks all over the country, but this is the first time we are told Starbucks does not have hot water. Read through the reviews, and seem like there were also other customers at this location experiencing something similar. Frustrated with the experience, better off ordering elsewhere in the future.
Customer service was horrible. Workers snapped in our faces and yelled. They messed up our order and demanded we payed more money to fix it. I have never had a bad experience until now.
