Before I get in to the meat and potatoes of the review. I want to say that the customer service was excellent, welcoming, and just down right friendly. They were helpful with any questions that I had. Now the food was good and coffee well that was ok too. But I was a little disappointed for Starbucks to call this location a reserve. I have been to all US Starbucks Reserve locations and this one disappoints so much. Especially compared to NY and Chicago.
Fantastic experience at Starbucks Reserve in DC! The coffee was absolutely amazing—rich, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. The attention and service from the staff were excellent, making the visit even more enjoyable. A great spot to relax and enjoy top-quality coffee in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!
This review is for the Starbucks at Grand Hyatt Washington in DC: We ordered two coffees at this Starbucks and my wife could not read what they scribbled on her cup. She wanted to make sure that it was her cup so she asked one of the baristas. My wife asked in a nice way with a smile. She told my wife it said “smile.” The barista then mumbled “stupid” under their breath and laughed. Another barista also laughed at her comment.
