incredibly friendly and attentive staff, even though they were clearly short staffed and overworked. Everyone was kind and made my drinks to my specs each time I attended.
This Starbucks is located at the lobby of the Grand Hyatt hotel. It is great for its interior design. As Starbucks Reserve, they sell specialty coffee beans from Mexico.
A Starbucks at a hotel corner street side. No restroom and the doors leading to the hotel locked. I got my usual drink and asked them if I can use the restroom. I was told to walk out and go to the hotel’s main entrance and restroom is downstairs only to be denied by the bellman at the front door.
