Right nextdoor to Holiday Inn, could be a gold mine...This place was filthy! All employees, standing around talking, counters dirty, cashier asleep or stoned, waited and waited for our sandwich order, cashier left, another came in , I asked about our sandwiches. The slip was still in the machine! She popped it in the microwave. The other one couldn't do that?
We had to wait so long to get a coffee cake that was being heated up, it was sitting there. Until my husband had to ask for it, the lady there gave him an attitude yet refuse to grab it for us. So many people grabbed their coffee and left, my husband had to ask her again, by the time she handed that coffee cake to us, it was already cold even tho it was just supposed to be heated up but was sitting there too way long. Bad customer services, yet you still want a tip?
The service is is meh, the staff is not friendly and can't be bothered for minimal polite conversation. There is no seating, the layout is uncomfortable and awkward.
