I ordered a Iced Pumpkin cream shaken espresso and was told it does not come with pumpkin cold foam and i had to pay extra (after the drink was already made) It clearly shows on the photo, on the app, in the literal name that there is pumpkin cream but they insisted the previous times i ordered the drink it was made wrong and the pumpkin is just shaken into the drink. If you go to the app to order the drink it literally says pumpkin cold foam included. 2 workers argued that I was wrong and eventually refunded me.

When 3 grown europeans come and order 3 espresso you dont make them 1 single tripple espresso and when you make the mistake u dont tell them u go back to the register. As they got bagels and stuff spent 30 $ and u send them for 2 aditional espressos which cost you nothing. When so Ok, bin it 1 star it and forget about starbucks.

I entered the store between 7-8PM ON 8/10 in hopes of getting a refresher. After entering with only one other customer ahead of me. When no one acknowledged me, I calmly asked if they were closing soon. The woman told me no… I then waited another 3 minutes where no one greeted me or offered to take my order. The staff of 3-4 women talked amongst themselves, counted a register and made themselves appear busy. It was negligent and very rude.
