Order in person or online are the same, order by app today and I know have have to wait, that’s ok, the funny thing that from app it said ready and I’m so excited but still after 15mins later received a trashy drinks, so disappointed

I travel through Union Station at least once a wk. I travel for work but live in another state. I stopped by to try the new strawberry matcha frap on 8/21 at 4:20pm. There were just 3 ppl ahead of me. I waited nearly 20 mins but had to leave to catch a train. No associate tried to assist when I asked if I could cancel the drink. I called the manager and was told to contact Starbucks customer service. I was not able to receive a refund because I didn't use my app to pay for the drink. I wasn’t given a receipt.
