This Starbucks is ridiculously slow and they got my order wrong, it took 20 min to give me one americano. I lost my shuttle because of this.
They are busy but workers were running at a decent speed. Caramel macchiato was watered down.
They are slow as molasses. It’s quite sad to watch.
The mobile ordering service is terrible. I have been there 2x, waited over 30 minutes each time, and the second time did not get my coffee, I had to leave so I wasn't late for work.
