I had ordered a Nitro but the location’s machine was on the fritz. A team member switched it out with a cold brew and upped the size to more than make up for the price difference. Kind dude, super helpful—solid start to my day. This area has 4 Starbucks. This one is the furthest from me, but I trek here anyway bc it’s open super early, the staff have always been great, and even when the queue is backed up, I don’t mind hanging around the Westin for a beat.
Half of the cup was empty and the majority was filled with foam. Totally disappointed

One cashier in the morning shift was really rude and unprofessional. I ordered a grande latte for myself and a steamed milk for my son, but only received one grande latte with steamed milk. He not only got both my name and my order wrong, but also blamed it all on me, even though I didn’t complain and was waiting patiently the whole time.
