The guy that runs this place has zero customer service skills. I ordered my drink with extra caramel, something I've done for many years now. The guy handed me my drink and I asked if he could put a little more caramel on it and he does so while saying "the normal amount is 1 swipe for light 3 swipes for regular and 6 swipes for extra and I gave you 9 swipes" I of course proceeded to tell him, "well I paid the fee to get extra caramel and by the way, in all the years I've ordered this same drink I've never had anyone complai... read more

i’ve been a regular for a little while at this place and most of the previous workers know me and how i like my drink, but after an older white lady who is lead shift supervisor has been taken over i feel not welcomed and don’t really want to go back anymore. everything changed once she took over and the previous workers aren’t there that much. i used to love coming to this location but now i honestly feel really sad and probably won’t come back anymore. the bad attitude, talking behind my back in front of me, and not willin... read more
