I couldn't find any of the star bucks locations
I went in this morning, to grab a cup for hot drink and to purchase a tea. As I was looking around for a cup to my liking I noticed the worker was moving some things around but did not acknowledge I was there. Where a simple Hello or good morning would’ve sufficed there was silence. I continued to browse. I found a cup I liked but did not see it specify if it held hot drinks so I asked the workers and she rudely told me to look at the side label and she didn’t know. The service provided by the team leader this morning was quite poor. The crew always have better service and are friendly and no issues with food. I was waiting for quite a bit before ordering, the team leader was the only one behind the register working, I got a mumble saying I'll be with you after like 3 minutes without even looking up, and a similar experience when handing off the drink as well. This is my second time getting starbucks coffee in Downey, and both times it has been terrible. I dont if they recently changed their espresso/ or the way they make it, new machines possibly but it is week. My iced latte take like sugar milk hardly any coffee flavor. I always order the Venti because it has 3 shots of espresso. But it's very bland event the color is super light. Very disappointing .
I allways need water with my order i travel alot and my order some times is too sweet. QUICK fast service.I do think the cakes are over priced. Evening they run out of the loaf nut cake. Andi love the protien box though a little to much. Everything else may be less.
