Let me just say, it takes a lot for me to review a place. But the service was so astonishing, I just had to! Keyla, the barista who took, and provided my order, was helpful, kind, and had wonderful customer service skills. I ordered a Matcha Protein Latte, and let me tell you, it was sooooo yummy! I’m a Starbucks member and go almost every day, I really love, so I was really disappointed by my experience at the Miami location. The service from one employee in particular was unfortunately very poor . We ordered one sandwich with added bacon and another without bacon, and the order came out incorrectly. When we politely asked to have it fixed, instead of trying to understand the situation, she kept debating with us and insisting that we were the ones who made the mistake.
