Very good service.
Amazing customer service and professionalism from the staff at this location. The extra effort put into this coffeehouse truly shows the difference between Starbucks and other chains. I had an amazing experience and will visit again whenever I’m in the mood for coffee or tea.
⭐ 1/5 Terrible customer service at this location. I waited over 15 minutes, and when I asked about the delay, the staff rudely responded that they were cleaning. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect for customers was unacceptable. Cleaning is not an excuse for poor service or a rude attitude. Very disappointing experience, especially from a brand like Starbucks.
Mi cafetera favorita desde siempre!
