The quality of drinks has gone down. My drinks never taste the same. My husband gets iced coffee with vanilla syrup and it never tastes the same. Don’t understand that. This morning my Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso was horrible. It was a waste of money because it tasted so disgusting. We go here at least once a week but may have to start going somewhere else as I am tired of paying for overpriced coffee and not being happy with it.
Terrible service. Completely overrated place. I’ve been a regular customer at La Estancia Argentina in Aventura, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back. I requested a table in the back because I had an important video call and needed a quiet spot. The entire area was EMPTY — not a single table occupied — yet the staff was rude and completely unwilling to accommodate.
