This place is disgusting from the nasty floors, counters, trash cans and bathrooms! Not to mention the employees are BEYOND rude! It needs an overhaul of management and a really good scrub!
I have never experienced such poor customer service. Last week on 5/26, I ordered a grande matcha with lavendar cold foam in a venti cup with light ice. I received a 2/3 full cup. Not what I was expecting based on countless other Starbucks experiences. I expected the cup to be filled bc of the cold foam, but was informed I would need to order regular ice OR extra cold foam.
