Our drinks are always great and the baristas and staff are super friendly! Cake pops are terrific!!
The staff was very rude. I waited 20+ minutes for two drinks, which had been sitting on the counter and had partially melted. The manager blamed “being backed up” on the mishap, but the store was not busy.
Meh. These folks don’t want to be here anymore than they want you here. Don’t believe it, walk in and see for yourself. The few that would provide service with a smile as it were don’t stay. I’m not sure if it’s upper leadership crushing the local store or what it is. After waiting in line for 10-15 minutes on several occasions and leaving feeling like I bothered them, I’ve moved on.
