We arrived around 5 a.m. on November 22nd, and the door was locked. We’re driving from Florida to New York and had been on the road all night, so I genuinely needed to use the restroom and get a coffee. I knocked lightly and asked four separate times if you were open. No one acknowledged me at all. I love Starbucks in general but everytime I get my order from here, with the exception of a few times, my hot drink is always like warm and tastes like its been sitting... especially in the morning time on my way to work. Your service should reflect your prices.
