I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. I placed my order through the app at 8:30 a.m., and it stated that it would be ready by 8:39. When I arrived, I asked if my order was ready, and the employee told me only the banana bread was—my coffee was not ready. She handed me the banana bread, but it was cold.
