This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a drink with light ice and they decided to fill it full of ice. This location may be trying to save a couple bucks but now it’s gonna bring me somewhere else.
I went in and ordered 1 drink. for some reason the people inside get pushed back and the drive through is a priority Even though we ordered before the car that was served before. I asked about it, they said there were more orders in front of us. there was no one in there that was waiting on a drink. The person that rang me in didn’t seem concerned one bit. Never again
They didn’t make my drink right told them and they “made it” the second time and was the same way as the 1st time but my drink looking worse with 2 different level colors
Good location i guess
First, let me give credit where it’s due; the staff at this location are wonderful. They write the sweetest notes on my drinks, their kindness makes my mornings better. I genuinely enjoy chatting with them as I go inside for my mobile order instead of using the drive-thru. Unfortunately, my low rating is warranted due to the so-called "drink trays" of which I’m convinced would lose a durability contest to an umbrella made of tissue paper in a hurricane.
