Better when Cynthia worked there. was told to wait 20 additional minutes or get a refund with huge attitude. So I asked for a refund and wasnt refunded the full amount. came in 2 days prior for oatmeal which was raw so had called in and they said I could get a refund then too and that was declined also. Don't know what they are doing or how to handle busy times /no customer service.
This starbucks takes for ever now i don't know why. I go to any other starbucks and is pretty quick. Evertime I get there it takes for ever to be called by one of the baristas and once they approach me. The first thing that comes out of there mouth is that there is an hour wait.
The afternoon crew was so bad. They were so behind, had people waiting in line for a while. The short lady with the clip and glasses was so rude, she had attitude in every sentence she would say, especially if one had a question. If you don’t want to work here then quit, problem solved!
