Monique was knowledgeable about the rewards and extremely professional. A customer friendly and business savyy professional could make it to supervisory role or greater some day. Starbucks should take care of her well.
The staff is always so nice and cheerful! Always working so hard and have great attitudes no matter how busy it is :)
Employees and Karen the manager are rude every time I come here. Never friendly, never welcoming, and give customers a hard time. I prefer to go to nearby locations instead because you get treated with respect.
They took forever for my drink, they got it wrong and they don't even yell my name for the drink.
