They took forever for my drink, they got it wrong and they don't even yell my name for the drink.
Every time I order they always get it wrong and when I try to let them know they either ignore me or are just plain rude.
This Starbucks is the worst, Period! It took a whole hour to get a coffee. The barista was complaining about being behind, but she just chatted with the cashier instead of making drinks. I timed her – one drink every seven minutes!
They take too long and are so rude.
I order the same thing everytime, mocha frappe, and today tasted like crap. Maybe the rush played a toll but it was crap.
