Need new speaker. They struggle to get your order because they can't understand you
Well wanted to take my daughter for a "free" birthday drink. The girl never said she didn't get one. She started to say unfortunately.. then never finished and let me ask the question I had about drinks... and we ordered our drinks.. was charged for all them and she didn't give me the recept and basically the look in her eye and how she took it like hod bc she knew it was free. I asked a girl who made the free bday drinks and ahe said it's with an app. I never done it before so didn't know. Such a shame 🫠
This is a very nice starbucks. I don't say that about all of them.
the staff are friendly and helpful. my order is always correct.
