I just had the best experience at this location. I ordered a drink I never had before, a Café con Leche, but it didn’t come out how I had imagined it. I ended up going inside to not hold up the line and Jake and Chris took the time to figure out what I was envisioning. They were so helpful and had such a sweet demeanor! Very thankful for this quick and efficient customer service experience. You guys bust that out!
No half & half at the condiments counter. Had to ask barista for it and she poured it into my cup. After I added sugar at the condiments countered, I discovered there were no stirrers (also no straws) there. Had to ask barista for one. Side table next to my chair was dirty, as was the floor. Of course, only Pike brew available in the afternoon. The contrast between this Starbucks and the one on Gateway Blvd. is stark; the one on Gateway is excellent.
