Idk if it’s the drive thru or the employees in general but every time I order my shaken espresso I specify that I would like to keep the classic syrup in it. They never do, it’s such a simple ask. I’ve been coming to this location for years. I understand rush hours and busy times, however I used to work in food service, and when I would verbally assure a customer that their order will be what they ordered ( which is what the drive thru lady said) I made sure it happened.
Ordered a venti iced banana bread matcha, I’ve had this drink multiple times so I know what it should look like, and was disappointed once it got delivered. Shouldn’t it be mostly matcha/milk and the top portion cold foam?
The employees were very patient with me while I had questions about the menu, Taylor was very helpful with answering my questions! I got my order quickly and everything was the way I wanted it to be. The inside was very clean and patio seating was well maintained. Very friendly staff and very nice location.
I had such a lovely experience at this location the other day! The new manager Lila is so sweet! She was communicating with her team so well and the service felt so personal yet professional. My beverage was perfect and both my food and beverage were brought to my table! Lila also gave my two kiddos starbucks and coffee themed coloring sheets to take home! I have been to several coffee shops, but the employees at this location genuinely care.
Witnessed how the manager screamed at one of the baristas who was helping me when I came through the drive thru today. It broke my heart because it was a young girl who reminded me of my daughter who is in college right now. In no way, shape, or form, should someone be treated like that in their workplace, especially by a manager who is supposed to lead by example.
