came in 10:15pm bought cofee and some things and they didnt let me use the bathroom. Why be open if your going to close early. then put a sign at the door saying "10:15pm we close" because I hate walking in and being looked at like im doing something horrible for doing business with you guys.
I ordered an iced CARAMEL Macchiato. When I complained that they forgot the caramel, they made it like it was my fault! Horrible service and even from the manager. Don't give this Starbucks location your money. There are plenty of other drink options at the Ontario Mills mall.
