ZERO Star! I have been a Starbucks customer for nearly a decade and have visited countless stores across the country. What I experienced at this location was by far the worst treatment I’ve ever seen, and it was completely unacceptable. The drive-thru employee, Cindi, was openly rude and dismissive. She didn’t greet us, barely muttered the total, refused to make eye contact, and acted as though we were interrupting her.
