I was there this weekend , I ordered 2 caramel frappe my drink didn’t taste lake caramel or coffee , maybe cause the amount of of ice they put , I was really disappointed . Shame on the employees .
1st dumb issue was that I placed a mobile order while I'm in the long line almost to the street I get there 1 minute early to the speaker and they said "since you just ordered it now we gotta rush your order" then they get my brownie order wrong
Understaffed, and they take an excessively long time to prepare a coffee.
Absolutely not the best I’ve visited, EVER! I feel like the baristas need more training. I ordered a banana bread matcha, more like grass water.
