First time in a long time I was offered for hear or to go at a Starbucks.
Horrible service. Have gone twice now at different hrs. of the day. Peak hour and/or with barely anyone in the store. And yet, somehow, I wait over 10-15 minutes to have my order made. I have simply walked out without my order. Baristas will serve people’s random ice water requests before completing an already ordered item. Either train better or stop taking mobile orders.
