This is a great Starbucks with food staff and management. My only concerns are the AC is usually too cold and the music is too loud, making it hard for work meetings. If those could both be turned down a notch, it was be a perfect location!
Every time I go to this Starbucks, I have to ask them to remake my matcha. I wish that there was some sort of consistency across all Starbucks locations.
I really wish I knew a way to create consistency with these guys. It’s the closest one to me and I go about 7 days per week. Unfortunately, out of those 7 days I may only get coffee that taste the way I want it twice, or maybe three times if I’m lucky that week. I get the same thing and it’s the top seller (iced brown sugar oat milk espresso); but they just don’t make it the same way two times in a row….EVER! For the money we pay it’s extremely upsetting.
