I just drove through the drive - thru today and Liz was super kind and just made my day. What a wonderful person. Glad they chose her to be part of their team at SB’s West Delray Beach. Thank you Liz
On separate occasions I placed a mobile order and was told when I got to the drive thru to pick it up, that I should wait until the time listed on the APpP to pick up. On the most recent trip I was told they would “make an exception” this time and make my drink but future orders I would need to wait until the time of pick up on the APP. Dont see the difference if I order at the drive thru or on the app ans show ip before the completion time.
