I went in with a friend that needed groceries, & I desperately needed my morning coffee, I waited the whole time they shopped & I even called the store to see if their Starbucks was open. Customer service said yes, I said that know one was at the spot, & they were confused and said someone should have been there. My friend paid for their stuff, & we left, with me not having caffeine.
The worst service at Starbucks, they gave me a drink based on whipped cream and caramel without coffee! no one had straw! the Vons cashier gave us some straws
