This is my favorite Starbucks in this area! The wait time varies from day to day but the baristas are always so friendly and accommodating to my dietary restrictions. They know me by name and are always suggesting new drinks to try.
Go the Reed house
They put your espresso shots straight into a plastic cup not made for heat. Coffee tasted like burned plastic. I asked why not use the glass shot glass like they're supposed to. They said the plastic cup is made to stand hot espresso shots lol. They need to properly train the employees on how to use the equipment they have. I hope they read this and not no automated messages. Just close it down and let another coffee company take over.
Today we thought it was a good idea to treat ourselves to a couple of frappuccinos after a scary visit to the doctor. The medical mall was pretty much a ghost town, probably because it was a day after a holiday. 4 workers were there. There was only one customer before us. Not one employee smiled, greeted us, or thanked us and it took longer to get 2 drinks than it took me with the doctor. Dang my bf is just trying to get a cup of coffee before I'm about to have my baby and I guess the 3.3 stars is accurate and they make it way more difficult than it has to be, because it says they open at 6am, but I guess they just open at whatever time thet feel like it and then they won't take orders like normal people at the cash register and he stood there for awhile and then they told him he has to put his order in thru the mobile app. What a weird experience.
